FAINA is Ukrainian design brand created by Victoria Yakusha in 2014. Made in the style of ethnic minimalism, the collection items introduce “naive design”− simple in form, yet with a deep philosophy behind.
In search of new-old design messages, Victoria Yakusha conducted a study of the daily traditions of our ancestors. The times of Trypillia and the Scythian civilization, Slavs household habits − designer studied the forms, materials and craft techniques of those times and brought modern perusal to the traditional things.
Today, FAINA comprises 60 pieces of furniture, lighting, and decor. Products of the brand are represented in Paris, New York, Stockholm, London and other cities of the world. We are ambassadors of Ukrainian modern design.
FAINA lives and rules in YA VSESVIT, Kyivan educational space for a design-minded community.
